In high school, I got into weight training and one of the personal trainers there told me to pay attention to how your body's feeling as you're doing these reps. So that was like the first time when I realized that from a mindfulness perspective, you know, I can allow my awareness of my body to guide what I do instead of a prescriptive plan. Yeah. As we cultivate mindfulness and aware, greater awareness, what they call introceptive awareness, so that awareness of body sensations such as hunger or fullness.
