i had been covering conservation for a long time, and around two thousand 13, i moved to new townclemeth falls in southern oregon. And one of the things that was very hot at the time was wolf re introduction. There were still fewer than a hundred wolves in the state, and they were just establishing themselves. The book has quite a few wolves in it, but it has all sorts of other animals too, from all over the world. What are we supposed to do when the world that they are living in has totally been changed by humans? How does that mean our ethical relationship with them?
