Jesselyn Ifill: What do you see as the duties for using YNAB or just using whatever tool they use for their finances? She asks, how did those people get started? Well, I remember talking with a bunch of creatives, like designers, just very creative, genius people. And so it was really trying to meet people where they're at and then slowly teach them a better way of thinking about their money. But one thing that's really easy is you just don't be granular. Just keep it really high level. Don't track the toothpaste category.
