I sort of do grip training almost every day, but not the same type of grip train. I have aboutyouknow, 30 or forty of them of different difficulties. So asal do a certain number of sets of dy dynamic full clothes hand crushes starting with lighter grippers, getting into the harder grippers. And at the end, i'm biskit, doing heavy single som i'll finish off with three, a three sets of trin,. You knowite either grip or one that i can just close and, you know, try and crush it, hope, hold it for a few seconds, then let it go.
