We want exciting cases. All the judges I see, they want to do the things that actually don't really belong in their realm. We have days dedicated to this kind of legislating and governing from the bench. So is that not happening because we're in this kind of institutional stalemate or is it just not in the interest of judges to do all this boring Monday in work?
