Bill Back Better Is the Worst Name for a Bill Ever

I think that americans say yes or no to legislation, because there's been a lot of bills passed with really bad names. I think the fault here was that we American people never knew what was in the bill. We needed to put these things on the floor so people could see them. The stuff that people really lit could have gote into a reconciliation package if they didn't get 60 votes. That's what i'm saying.
