What Is Resistance?

Resistance is always going to be there and you can have to address it constantly as you work with with your patients. I've been hearing that word resistance ever since I was in frame and no one ever told me what resistance is. After three months I just kind of gave up on the thing but then I had a dream in the middle of the night and I saw that there were eight common kinds of resistance in two categories. That has revolutionized my practice and my my treatment and teaching as well so say that when you say "resistance" we'll have to to figure that one out.
