The nosebo effect is the opposite of the placebo effect. When you are expecting to feel unwell, then that actually causes you to become unwell. The necevo effect has a lot of af power beyond like when we're taking new medications. Our beliefs are going to contribute to some of the symptoms that we feel. And by re framing those faults, we might be able to reduce our suffering.
