Leadership circle profile can be really helpful for helping folks gather it o three 60 and gives folks an opportunity to gather feedback in both qualitative and quantitative. I've also heard some people, i know at least one person on our team that has almost like this document that they keep track of, and they write down their winds. And so whenever there ae major winds, like they can write those down. They might go back, look at that document and then just remind themselves that obviously they have a lot of shrinks.
