Do You Do Anything About Diversity?
Diversity is not actually important to the mission of your organization. It's not important to your organizational culture. And it's the reason, then, that 90 %, since the 19 forties, of the efforts that we have been taking, we collectively, around diversity, have failed. We have pproached it as a programme, as a check box, as a like, we need some other kind of people. H r does their job. They recruit those people. But when they come and they see very few, if any, other people like them, and none in positions of power, they leave.
