How to Guide Your Room in Breaking an Episode

Do you still focus on act breaks as you're sort of breaking an episode or how do you usually guide your room? I think in my head, I know what the act breaks. I don't really focus on them unless I think we've got a problem. And then that's kind of it really in the last three of the third act. That's all we know, you know, 18 beats, 18 beats.
