Every industry and every profession has its potential problems. I would say that with something like plastic surgery though in particular because you are altering people's bodies, right? You're cutting and stitching and adding and removing. In the US, there is this issue for better or for worse. It's good in some situations, really bad in other situations where once you graduate from medical school, you get a physician and surgeon license. And so you can it's unethical to claim something you're not. If you get sued, defending that in court is going to be tough.
