How Did You Come Up With the Idea for Legal Zoom?

R, you were working in the law and met your co founder, brian lee, at law school. We were both attorneys, and we were kind of a little miserablein didn't really like our job. I think i realized that i could put something together that really blended those needs. And people had a need, and everything from on line stock trading to on line travel was happen at that timeand we figured, why can't we do something similar for law?
