Sally Kohn: I think it's also a great example of focusing too narrowly on either a threat or your development. And so like, in this case, you know, too narrowly on just consulting every little thing that could kill you and getting making sure that they couldn't kill you. How much damage was done as a result of that narrow view on trying to achieve that end? She says the fiat system is designed to reduce pain for those who are currently not feeling it.
