School De Segregation - What's Going On?
Thomas O myh bear says the school de segregation case was just made up. What you actually need to do is apply the citizenship clause, he writes. The fourteenth amendments equal protection clause did not apply in this case because it was attributable to congress rather than state action. So bowling instead read an equal protection principle into the fifth amendment.
