Climbing Training Tips - Lifting Off the Floor

Tony: I would do this on a hangboard instead of lifting off the floors because it's still targeted and very specific to the things I'm focusing on on my fingers. It maintains some of the more applicability to climbing than lifting off the floor would. So, you know, the wrist angle is a little bit more relevant and things like that. But if you want to get really clever and periodized training and things, do that off the floorlift. And have a good police set up at home or wherever you train to take the weight off on the fingerboard - that will give you better results.
