MBSR: For many of us, it's some form of trauma that gets us into practice in the first place. MBSR: If we're not aware of Dukkha, many people aren't going to have the motivation for either begin or continue. All trauma should say is held in the body; mindfulness of the body can significantly put us in contact with that part of the body that is holding the trauma.
