The WHO have updated their previous systematic review. And now, believe it or not, they've got like 280 plus studies. The results could be confounded. It doesn't prove cause and effect. Don't rely on artificial sweeteners in the long term. Avoid foods out of high-insaturated fat - that's essentially the most important thing. Go to Heart Health Week last week with your GFE book.
