Messi had the most goal involvement of any player at a single World Cup since 1966. The debate about when he's not won a major international trophy nobody can throw that at him anymore and don't forget he won the Copper America with Argentina last year as well. He looked very emotional at the end didn't he as he kissed that World Cup as he walked past it with the Golden Ball in his hand. Cristiano Ronaldo will be looking at Lionel Messi and thinking 'that guy's pretty special'
