Movie Review - Is This Really a Drama?

This is really a story about the Irish Civil War, which then led to the troubles of Ireland. Little clues about that allegory are dripped throughout this entire movie. They're dropped and you barely notice a little bits of exposition. What he's actually saying is we used to all be on the same side. But instead of accepting peace, what we did instead was start fighting among ourselves. We decided we didn't want to be friends anymore. That maybe sounded good, but don't actually make sense.
