I Can't Believe What's This Town?
Zach and Hannah bond on the Ferris wheel he talks about his dead dad it's like a whole thing. He says he's going to take out the trash every Tuesday and Thursday and maybe they can hang out. Zach hears a scream from the upper floor of this house and he assumes that Jack Black is mistreating his daughter in some way because that's kind of been what we've been set up for. The overwhelming impression that we're supposed to have at this point in the movie is it's like classic like patriarchy controlling dad.
