The Impact of a YMCA in Community

I worked at a YMCA that was just built 12,000 square in Chicago. It paid me $10,000 a year and I loved every minute of it. We did foster care. We did pre-pregnancy work. We did street intervention work. And we did job training. But we did a lot of work in communities that helped them transform or help people transform. That's what the YMCA is all about: helping people transform.
