The Importance of Human-Centered Design
When you move to this idea of humanity-centered design that you share in your book, then those lines between individual organizations start to blur a bit. It's less about what's good for one organization; it's like, what's better for this whole ecosystem of organizations within an industry? We're destroying the world by making these wonderful products that destroy the environment but make users happy. But I still say that human-centered design is simply expanded and thinking only about the individual people who use it.
