The Vitamin D Receptor and Vitamin D Resistance

The vitamin D receptor is a very, very old protein. 100 of million years old. It regulates nearly 2000 genes as a transcription factor. And when the Kaili trial is entering the cell and then it binds to the vitamin D receptor. Then the Vitamin D receptor is activated and goes into the nucleus and does some magic things,. What does it do in the nucleus? We have 46 five centimeter little strength proteins called chromatin. There's absolutely no space in these nucleus. So only on the surface, as a gene, yeah, we need every day and underneath are those storage for later things or for things you could not imagine in the cells.
