Are You Using Digital Tools to Help You Stay on of Your Finances?

I'm of two minds when it comes to these digital tools. They can really be beneficial if they're used properly, but i don't know how many people are building beneficial digital tools. I think most of them are more manipulative, either to get people to spend more or to gamefy the experience. So phomo, the fear of missing out, you know, that can get people to overspend.
