Drug Decriminalization

Cannabis is legal now in california, but the business side of things is becoming quite privileged and wise. It's middle class and upper class white people who have the capital to start these businesses. But it's like saying, i so we'll have mass incarceration in america for black people. And you have why middle class people doin the exact same thing as a particular community. Yet, they were criminals and they should be locked up when they should have their lives removed from them. So my bill that i tabled would, in a year, have been a politician for drug de criminalization Is based on the portuguese model.
