He realizes that people still want good schools, meaning school full of kids like my kids. And he doesn't like it. So, he's going to basically tell the governors to tell the suburbanites like, this ain't going to work anymore. It was just kind of well kind of do politics and we'll just force suburbanites to accept like rezoning.
