Roxanne Jones: I'm actually not too surprised that we see leading indicators in rent space starting to point out once again, because we see early signs of spring in the housing market. We'll also see how some of the leading indicators of house prices have started to increase again. And one of the reasons why I see this, the coupling ahead is that the risk of a weaker Chinese, you know, is now increasing in light of the lack of a manufacturing rebound in China. That typically spills over to this inflation in the West as well. But I think they will recouple ultimately here.
