The Lord Forbids That I Should Do This to My Lord, the Lord's Anointed
David persuaded his men with these words and did not permit them to attack Saul. David said I will not put forth my hand against my Lord, for he is the Lord's anointed. We can see snapshots of our lives when we have been victims of injustice or oppression. And we thank you even in the midst of trial - as if God were saying: "We lift your name up"
