My brother is a software developer, like in the senior camp. So when he joined his latest employee, employer, they gave him a bag of swag and a laptop. And I'm not even sure what made him delighted more because they definitely both him and his wife were very delighted about the swag specifically like stickers and other little things. When something specific to what the product does and who the end user is and what job or role or what have you that's where the impact is truly made.
