The Paradigm Shift in English Learning

Many students who are learning English, they start learning English in school and they learn with grammar. They think, God, grammar is most important. If I memorize these perfectly, then I'll finally speak English well. But of course, they never can. And even if you do it, the sad part is it actually will not help your speaking very much. In fact, it can hurt your speaking. Maybe somewhat helpful for writing, but not for speaking and not for listening.
