If You Can't Succeed, Why Try?

If you can't succeed, what is success? If i sit down to let cue for a if, let's hay, league of legends or doda, am i going to win that game? Maybe, maybe not. Why try because you could be successful next time? Because you're going to learn and level up from the attempt? There're a lot of reasons to try. Most of the value of action is actually not in the success.
