The Benefits of Sprint Training
Sprinting is amazing for body composition. You can get an amazing result from six to eight efforts of 10 to 20 seconds. And you'll get a fantastic result rather than spending 90 minutes to two hours in the gym, just pumping weights and trying to get a pump going. I think also those results would translate over into like the ergo, like the rower machine. It's anything that activates the compound, like a compound lifts and large muscle groups is where we see the biggest spikes in growth hormone and testosterone.
