i had a really hardcore job in my early 20s and that really kind of was the undoing and unraveling of me for a while um but i eventually worked out how to go freelance which was a game changer for me so much happier. I'm walking a fine line between being too cautious with the ADHD in the back of my mind and trying to forge forward and be brave and do things i probably wouldn't have done before. It's just all about awareness really being carefulYeah listen i resonate so much with so much of what you said then and i had like huge amount of guilt for having those privileges you know that's only just accepted  and beforehand i felt so guilty for
