CHAPTER

Medical Errors in Hospitals

Many times, luok f you look at the people in the hospital, they tend to be older. Many times the medical error hastened the death, but was really not the primary cause of death. Any medical error that resulted in death, even if it hastened an death, was counted as a medical mistake. I think back to all the ones that i saw. That's a super physiologic dose that would be enough to kill an entire, i don't know, gag enough, astadium of people. This was a huge medical error, but it did not result in death.
