How to Be an Introvert Leader

There's not a single cookie cutter approach that gets the best out of everyone. Different people will function well in different environments and we can't force people to function well in certain environments. It's up to leaders to create the right type of environment for the people within the team based on their different characteristics. I think there is the range of myths about introversion. One of them is that they're not great as leaders. They're just different types of leaders, you would say. So when you're a leader is an introvert you do need to be more at the forefront than you would naturally be.
