We completely flipped this strategy. We wanted to find an only invest in properties that had a huge competitive advantage compared to anything else out in the market. For us, that was school district. So we bought our first home in really, really, really good school district and said, we'll see what happens. The other cool thing about it was because tenants wanted to be there for high school, we were able to sign 100% of the people who reached out with multi-year leases.
