The Supreme Court's Decision to Remove an Abortion Drug From the Market
A group of Democratic attorneys general had filed a suit to force the FDA to make the very same abortion drug, Miffy Perstone, more accessible. Judge Kazmari's ruling is scheduled to take effect on April 14th. The appeal is going to go to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. And if the Department of Justice doesn't get any response or an expedited briefing schedule, Lisa Rubin says they'll seek emergency relief from the Supreme Court.
