How to Keep Going With Your Podcast

I haven't taken a proper break, not an official break. There were some periods in the first couple of years where I just would leave it for ages. It's when the inspiration struck me these days that I try to be more sort of organised and rigorous about it so that I can make sure I put stuff up on a regular basis.
