Is This Really an Egg Custard?

This is an Italian drink called Il Bambardino, which means the bomb. It has started out as a drink for skiers in the Italian Alps. Advocat was invented by Dutch people who visited Brazil in colonial times. And so then they engineered a version of eggnog where you use avocados instead of eggs.
