We don't want our development to be dependent on other people. So what we're not turning up to these conversations and doing is, and helen's my manager, and i just turn up and go, i want to work a four day week. We still want to take ownership for these conversations. And certainly i would always recommend to people that once you are clear on your criteria and your constraint, you do some options and some exploring and some ideas.
