The FTC's Response to Amazon's Complaint

The FTC has filed a complaint against Amazon over its prime membership service. The agency previously used this law against movie pass into its credit karma and Erickson's Internet phone service Vonage, which paid 100 million to settle the suit. But in this case with Amazon, according to Bloomberg sources, Amazon was trying to reach a settlement with the FTC but was rebuffed.
