Thousands of dads every month listen to this podcast. Of those numbers, there has to be a dad listening who has recently done something that as he looks in the rear view mirror, he hates that thing he did. Paul addresses this tension in Romans seven at depth. And so what we find is, hey, dad, if you're wrestling with that sinful choice you made yesterday or last week or last month, and you wonder if because you did that thing, you should just stop being a dad.

When the apostle Paul prayed for his Colossian friends, he wasn't just wishing them the best. He was challenging them to live lives worthy of the call Christ had placed on their lives. As a father and husband, you face the same challenge. God wants you to walk worthy of His call and to become all that He has created you to be as a man.
