I'm a Decision Maker.

i struggle so much to work with an entire team that's telling me i need to be doing or that shuts down something that should be done differently, in my opinion. If there's a decision that i feel like should be made a certain way, i tend to put my stak in the ground and it's tough to get me off of it. But i get what you're what you're saying is, well, i think i would rather be the one at the front.
