How to Keep Your Heart Rate at the Aerobic Threshold

At 30 degrees, if you're climbing for three minutes, it's like 90 feet, 100 feet. The tread wall allows my heart rate to stay right at that aerobic threshold zone. So I will use perceived exertion and heart rate for that workout much more than just trying to keep tanking the wall back and back and back. You can really gauge the intensity of your workout based on the angle of the wall.
