How to Have a Catch Up
Catch up is one of the probably the most overused terms at work. A catch up is something brief, 10 minutes to 15 minutes in length. In English, you can say biweekly or once every two weeks. I would also recommend that more people use write rather than okay. And if you notice when I'm doing my podcast, I say write a lot. You know, it's like bueno in Spanish. So pick a couple that are most relevant for you and start to try and use them.
