The Importance of Human Relationships in the Workplace
If you don't have good human relationships, all the data in the world isn't going to help you at all. The people who can get rallied behind are identified by having a good relationship with your team. I always encourage my team, make sure you sign up for a menter. That's not in technology. But again, you're getting your learning from them. You're getting insight, knowledge on how the practice is run and now you take that knowledge into how we do our work.
