Rhyn, tell me about because i'm from a faculty perspective, i love what you're doing. How does that actually function for a student coming in through the door? Your retention and your graduation rates, your placement rates are to die for. I think anyone in hir ad to have 80 per cent retention and 85 per cent placement after graduation is like we all want to know. It's not about blue collar or white collar skills.
