The State of the Eurodollar Market

Almost everything in the derivative markets and these financial flows, they all intermediate through the Eurodollar system. Low interest rates are a sign that money is tight because it tells you something about perceptions of safety and liquidity. And so we just have to do a little bit of detective work working back from that is what would cause interest rates to go lower.
