Can You Swap People Around as Much as You Want To?

Every every person in the game has their own traits. You can swap people around as much as you want to, but they'll also not like you if you assign them in a roll that they don't really want to be in or that they're ass isn't suited for um. The rescearch system is a lot like stolorus, where instead of you having a dedicated research tree,you have three possibilities from your available text to choose from. And this game really feels like they looked at a bunch of four x games and took what they thought were the best systems from different four X games and just put them in one game. It sounds pretty neat it is.
